Methodology

Using our activity-based budgeting models, we work out what your options are and then cost them for you. The reports show DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), staffing, equipment requirements, capital, costs, activity costing and more — basically, anything that you want to know about the future costs and resourcing of your business.

These models can encompass your entire operation so that the true benefits of a change can be seen in terms of production, manning, costs and capital. They can also be as simple as for one piece of equipment or a new fleet - whatever it is that you need.

These detailed models are often used by a site for yearly budgeting and planning, ensuring that the data is kept live, and making it easier to produce further business cases in the future.
