Whether you are trying to determine the composition of a whole fleet for a new operation or replacement strategies for an existing site, KRC has the knowledge to help you make the right decisions.


Methodology

The best machine for your site is identified and the productivity and capability is determined using fleet selection software. We then calculate the owning and operating costs of the equipment using our costing database.

Once the machine (or fleet) is identified, we work with you to prepare the specifications for issue to the dealers, assess their submisions and compile an unbiased comparison of the pros and cons of the different dealer bids.

Our analysis takes into account such factors as job match, owning and operating cost, occupational health and safety, environmental considerations, dealer support and machine suitability.

Using an advanced event-driven costing system we are able to prepare accurate shadow bids to help compare the cost of maintaining the equipment in-house or contracting out the maintenance. With access to data from major manufacturers and a database of comparative operating costs, we are in a position to provide you with impartial advice on the best machine for your business.
