The Operations Implementation Service

The Operations Implementation Service is generally carried out after an Operations Review or Benchmarking service. Once the recommendations from the review are agreed to, a program is worked out to implement the changes and monitor the progress towards the desired outcome. This usually also includes the identification and implementation of KPIs to measure progress and improve management efficiency.

Methodology

We will work closely with you to manage and put the changes into place. We also have specialist skills in debugging the project, should it run into stops and blocks. These skills include applying tailor-made training, personnel interviews, handlings, etc. This methodology ensures that the outcomes postulated are made a reality.

Where necessary we can replace or augment your personnel through the placement of our own specialist staff on site.

KRC employs a web based, Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system to plan, control and deliver projects. By applying this rigour to our operations, we are able to accurately predict the resources needed, coordinate our own staff and yours and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
